Group Fitness classes will continue until midday on 24 December 2015 and return to normal 4 January 2016.

Balance Mind + Body Studio will be closed from 21 December 2015.

New Extended Time for Sundays

Have you heard that we have a new extended time for Sundays? The Sunday hours have been extended to 5pm - great if you need to squeeze in one more workout (or swim) before the working week!
