PregBodies Class Starts this Saturday!

Balance Mind + Body Studio have a new PregBodies class starting November 7th which has received overwhelming interest so far.

Classes will be held on the following days/times:

• Monday - 8.30am - 9.30am

• Wednesday - 7.00pm - 8.00pm

• Saturday - 8.00am - 9.00am

Prices are as follows for a 7 week block starting November 7th:

• 3 sessions per week - $315

• 2 sessions per week - $224

Balance Pilates - LAUNCH DAY

On Saturday 21st June Balance Pilates Mind + Body Studio at Dolphins will be launching the classes that will feature in the studio.

Entry is FREE and there will be launch day special offers as well as the opportunity to try the classes and talk to the instructors. Come along and see what this new studio is all about!

• 10.00am - Pilates Mat
• 10.45am - Purely Barre
• 11.30am - Pilates Intermediate
